Deliverability Monitor
Deliverability Monitor is a standalone platform designed to help businesses protect and improve their email sending reputation. It continuously monitors key deliverability factors such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, blacklist status, and potential inbox-placement issues, then translates them into a simple health score and actionable alerts. The goal is to give marketing and operations teams early visibility into problems that can reduce campaign performance, regardless of which email platform they use.
The Problem
Email deliverability issues are often discovered only after campaign performance has already dropped. Most businesses rely on multiple technical signals and external tools to understand whether their emails are reaching the inbox, and the information is usually fragmented, highly technical, and difficult to act on. This creates a gap between identifying a problem and knowing what needs to be fixed.
The Product
The platform would provide a centralized dashboard that monitors domain authentication, sender reputation, blacklist status, DNS configuration, bounce indicators, and other deliverability signals. Instead of presenting raw technical data, it would convert these signals into a clear deliverability score, explain detected risks, prioritize issues by severity, and provide specific recommendations for resolving them.
The Opportunity
Deliverability Monitor can operate as a vendor-neutral product, supporting companies regardless of whether they send through inwise, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or other platforms. This creates an opportunity to address a broader market while remaining closely connected to the core expertise of email communication infrastructure. Over time, the product could expand into automated remediation, benchmarking, deliverability intelligence, and integrations with major email and CRM platforms.
